Course Learning Outcomes
- CLO1: Critically assess the reliability, credibility, and relevance of digital information sources, distinguishing between credible sources and those that may contain bias or misinformation.
- CLO2: Demonstrate an understanding of ethical considerations related to digital information, including proper citation practices, respect for intellectual property rights, and awareness of privacy issues when accessing and sharing information online.
- CLO3: Develop and apply effective search strategies to locate and retrieve information efficiently using digital tools and resources, including databases, search engines, and online libraries.
- CLO4: Acquire practical skills in navigating and utilizing digital tools and technologies for information gathering, organization, and communication, including proficiency in using word processing software, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
- CLO5: Apply digital information literacy skills to solve real-world problems, including analyzing complex issues, synthesizing information from multiple sources, and communicating findings effectively using digital media and presentation formats.
