กลยุทธ์จำเป็นทางภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการเรียนระดับมหาวิทยาลัย กลยุทธ์การฟังสำหรับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ กลยุทธ์การพูด พัฒนาการออกเสียง รูปแบบการเน้นเสียง รูปแบบการออกเสียงสูงต่ำในภาษาอังกฤษ กลยุทธ์การอ่าน ได้แก่ การอ่านเร็วเพื่อจับใจความสำคัญ (Skimming) และการอ่านเร็วเพื่อค้นหาข้อมูล (Scanning) กลยุทธ์การเขียนขั้น ได้แก่ ทักษะการจดบันทึกจากการฟังการบรรยายจริงเชิงวิชาการ การนำเสนองานและการอภิปราย
English language strategies necessary for college, listening strategies in a variety of situations, speaking strategies, development of the production of English sounds, stress patterns, and intonation patterns, reading strategies include skimming and scanning, writing strategies include note-taking skills by listening to real academic lectures, project presentation and discussion
